What is your Return Policy?

At this time we do not accept any returns however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly at bqleashes@gmail.com.

Do you accept cancelations?

  •  We will accept cancelations on any product listed on our website without a custom nameplate within 24hrs of ordering if it has not already been dropped off for shipping.
  • We are unable to accept any cancelations on orders with custom nameplates as we cannot re-use nameplates.
  • We are unable to accept any cancelations on custom orders that are not listed for sale on our site.

What is your Processing Time?

Processing time is the time it takes me to prepare and make an order before it is shipped.

  • Processing time is 3-5 days on items without custom nameplates
  • Processing time is 4-6 days on items with custom nameplates

However this can vary based on order volume. For orders where I may expect processing time to be greater than 5 days or 6 days respectively, I will reach out to you directly.

Please note that all items are made to order and the acid etching process for custom nameplate orders require time to be made!

How is Shipping calculated?

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and is calculated based on weight and dimensions. Expedited shipping is available and cost will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight and dimensions. 

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Do you accept Custom orders (not listed on website)?

We are always willing to work with you on custom items that are not listed on our site! Please reach out to us directly to see if we can accommodate your needs. Please note that these items are not refundable.

I did not receive my order, what happened?

Please double check your information during check out as BQ Leashes will not be responsible for the cost of shipping or cost of the product for orders with incorrect information.

Please directly contact the shipping carrier if you did not receive your order, once the order is dropped off to the carrier, it is out of my control.
